When I was really young, probably 3 or 4, I was supposed to give a talk in Primary. So I sat with Mom on her bed and she talked with me about what I wanted to talk about (I'm thinking Jonah, but I may be confusing it with other talks) and she wrote it out for me. I really liked the talk and was excited to give it.

The time came for me to give my talk, and I walked up to the front of the room and stood at the little pulpit, and got terrible stage fright. I wouldn't say a word. So I went back down and I think out into the hall for a while to calm down. Then I was ready to go back in. I thought I'd go up and give my talk then. And, like before, I was excited for the chance.

But they had already moved on to sharing time so I just sat with my class and never did give that talk.
